What makes your planners ADHD-friendly?

Our planners are designed with ADHD brains in mind, featuring clear layouts, visual cues, and structured formats that reduce overwhelm and support executive function.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout on some products for faster delivery.

We do however also have global manufactures for some of our products. These have been carefully selected to ensure the we can provide the best service and quality products for a reasonable price.

Due to this , shipping for some items may be longer due to location.

Can I return or exchange my planner?

Yes! We offer a 14-day return policy for unused planners in their original condition. Please refer to our returns policy and contact our support team at admin@adhdcontentsprint.com to initiate a return.

Please be advised that some of our products are non refundable or eligible for a return. This includes on sale items and personalised products.

We require all of our refund's or exchange 's to be requested prior to being sent back. Please refer to our policy for further details.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping times vary by location, typically 10-14 business days. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for your convenience.

Can I customize my planner?

While our planners come in carefully designed formats, we offer various styles and layouts to suit different needs. Check our product pages for available options.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

What if my planner arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your planner arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.

Are your planners undated?

Most of our planners are undated, allowing you to start using them at any time of the year without wasting pages.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you have a newsletter or loyalty program?

Yes! Subscribe to our newsletter for ADHD productivity tips, new product launches, and exclusive discounts. We're also developing a loyalty program—stay tuned!

How do I personalise my product?

To personalise your product, simply add it to your cart and look for the personalisation field on the personalised product page. This is usually located below all the products at the bottom of the page.

You can add your custom photo, text, name, or message there. Our team will review your personalisation request and apply it to your order before shipping.

Please be advised we ask for any photos uploaded to be high resolution to ensure a good outcome of the product and accurate printing. We do not accept any returns or refunds for personalised products as stated in our policy.
